Each night includes:

• An Offering – (something poured, passed, or tasted): First bites. Small pleasures. Unfinished ideas.

• A Ritual – (something shared or enacted): A first bite taken in silence. Thirty seconds devoted entirely to aroma, texture and surprise before conversation begins.
